Phil has worked in the Plumbing and Fire Suppression field for
more than 17 years. Phil started in the field in 1998, and has been
instrumental in developing NFPA 25 procedures for building owners throughout NYC.
Phil has performed and managed plumbing and fire suppression service and repairs in properties throughout NYC and had an instrumental role in service of the former and current New York Yankees Stadiums. He is a member of the New York City Plumbers Association is currently working towards his NYC plumbing and fire suppression licenses.
